We recently completed a 2-day online immersion into shadow work as part of my Feminine Affluence Codes Mastermind, where women bravely faced their shadows to rise into leadership with authenticity.

Shadow work isn’t about focusing on your flaws but recognizing and healing the parts you’ve avoided. Five years ago, I grappled with shadows around poverty, unworthiness, and feeling like a fraud. These kept me stuck until I acknowledged them. In business, if we don’t confront these shadows, we play small and settle for less. When we integrate them, we embrace our brilliance.
